We have prepared a handy little order form for you to use and make your life that much easier. Just download the PDF file we have here and print it out. Fill in all the pertinent information and send it off in the mail to us and we will process your order as soon as is humanly possible by us.

If you would like, you can verify an order through e-mail (or make a special request) here (but with all the traveling we've been doing due to the Mysterymen movie, we can't promise an immediate response so please give me us few days and possibly a week ).

Include $2 with each order to help with postage. $4 outside the US. SPECIAL LIMITED TIME OFFER: If you send your own hand drawn picture of Flaming Carrot, you can take $1 off! Crayon and invisible ink OK.

Put your full name and well printed return address on the front of the envelope. That way, we don't have to open all the envelopes when putting the addresses in the database. Give us a street address if you want us to mail a package by UPS. Your phone number never hurts and Internet Addresses are handy.

Last summer we mailed brochures to everyone on our mailing list and some came back with no forwarding address. If you have moved, the PO will only forward your mail for so long. If you know someone who's moved, tell them to write or pass on their new address. Someone who reads the Carrot or Mysterymen, we mean...

If you are going to college or living in an apartment, give us a second address; your parents, a friend who's settled down... We figure that we lose about 20% of our mail list a year to moving.
