Put your full name and well printed return address on the front of the envelope. That way, we don’t have to open all the envelopes when putting the addresses in the database. Give us a street address if you want us to mail a package by UPS. Your phone number never hurts and Internet Addresses are handy.
Last summer we mailed brochures to everyone on our mailing list and some came back with no forwarding address. If you have moved, the PO will only forward your mail for so long. If you know someone who’s moved, tell them to write or pass on their new address. Someone who reads the Carrot or Mysterymen, we mean...
If you are going to college or living in an apartment, give us a second address; your parents, a friend who’s settled down... We figure that we lose about 20% of our mail list a year to moving.
