Bob Burden's Original
Mysterymen #1

It's a bleak, cold, overcast winter Sunday morning in New York. A monster of unknown origin has been sighted Brooklyn shipping scrap-yard. A detachment of mostly hung-over Mysterymen assembles in the early morning air to check it out. They scour the eerie, deserted junkyard and find the creature sleeping. They shoot it in the head but all that does is anger the monstrosity. They wind up being chased by a sluggish, hulking brute that they can't seem to kill, and that moves to slow to even catch them. This issue featuring The Strangler, Spleen, Hummer and Masked Marauder.

Penciled by Stephen Sadowski and inked by Christian Alamy. Written by Bob Burden. Cover by Bob Burden.
